KSC Membership

How to become a member:

Membership is open to registered businesses operating in Kenya and the Neighboring East Africa member states.
We have two category of membership;

  1. Ordinary members – Cargo Owners (manufactures, producers, dealers) involved in importation and exportation.
  2. Associate Members – These are companies that provide services to Cargo Owners either as their transporters, logistics and support companies, clearing/forwarding agents, shipping lines and agents, banks, insurance companies etc.

To join one fills in a Member Application Form and remits the requisite members entrance fees and annual subscription fee.

As a clearing and forwarding company the entrance fees paid once is kshs. 30,000 and annual subscription is kshs. 25,000/=

9. Kenya Shippers Council acts as a liaison for all the stakeholders and operators in the transport and logistics chain who face enormous challenges along the supply chain i.e, inefficiency, bureaucracy and high costs of doing business.
